For all those who are following this putrid Ted Ulan garbage, it is Saturday, 10am. I am not at work, nor on my work computer. 

Ted Ulan has chosen to try his case behind the "safety" of his computer screen, not confident that the court will support his claims. Therefore, if it's the internet he is relying on to make unsubstantiated accusations, let's use the same forum to pull up actual proofs: 

Kindly go to Morris County Open Public Records web site and search: 

1. First Kansas Financial - then review the many Lis Pendens, Foreclosures and property auctions, among all its other gamesmanship moves. This is one of Ted Ulan's many LLCs. 

2. Next, search Consumers Choice Mortgage (an ironic name for a scammer), again, read all the many foreclosures and auctions of his properties and office locations, among so many other wranglings. It will take you hours.  

3. Next search CCMS Realty, yet another of Ted Ulan's LLCs used, and the Lis Pendens, etc. 

4. Next, search Julio Loyola, his brother-in-law, again Lis Pendens. 

5. Next, search Richard and Louise Ulan, parents, Lis Pendens. Though I am sorry for Louise, as she has been the only decent person in this whole Ulan mess, and paid Viking Exterminators to remove the rodents and bugs all these years. SHe just couldn't get her son to do the right thing, she said. 

6. Now go to Mugshots.som and search Dean Ulan - Ted Ulan's brother. Pretty interesting, huh? 

7. When you've read enough on thess sites, google Topeka Kansas bankruptcy records for his wife, Tanya Muriel Loyola Ulan - read the many mortgage lenders left holding Ted Ulan's useless promisory notes for unpaid mortgages, you will see she included me on her list of creditors, despite my not having any claim against her, a strategic move, knowing I had and have every right to pursue. And while we're on the subject of his wife, google Little acorns infant and child development care in emporia kansas, and read what she writes about herself. I would say it is a *bit* overstated. 

Then search on this web site, Hawaii Free Press/Ted Ulan, and see what he did to the church he used for his own agenda. 

Now search on natefind.com for the deed search to his foreclosure property 106 Kenilworth Road in Mtn Lakes and see how it has bounced from family to family, to LLC, etc. 

Mr. Ulan has stated he is looking forward to a jury trial, yet his attorney's CIS stated "NO" to jury trial. I, on the other hand, am demanding one. 

Ted, you are just making defamatory and slanderous accusations and claims, I am presenting actual available documentation for the internet public to search for themselves. If you want to make statements like, "I fleed the court after your attorney grilled me", which NEVER happened, I NEVER even took the stand, I simply didn't return after recess because I came to learn that you knew my receipts could not be presented without the witnesses behind them, I chose to fight you another day, on a level playing field, not your sneaky way. I welcome that day. And, if you want to include something that has no nexus, a case which was never heard, not ever, not one word, so a default was entered, that will be addressed as well. Now that my son is safe, and on his way to college, I will take you on, LEGALLY. You will not intimidate me any longer. My neighbors and friends all know who and what you are, and how you and your wife grabbed all your belongings in the middle of the night and high-tailed it to Kansas, where you think you will be protected by their Homestead Law. 

Lastly folks, google earth 2826 Westlake Drive Emporia Kansas and see the luxury he is living in, paid for by home equity loans on the mountain lakes house in foreclosure/short sale, while leaving so many unpaid mortgages and debts, and victims in his wake. And speak to his business neighbors at 317 Commercial Street in Emporia KS, and have them tell you what he's done to them... and others. 

If I wind up losing my job because of your harrasment, Ted, there will be a bigger legal war. I have already gone to the court to file a restraining order against you.
